Salesably in Claude and ChatGPT

Open a new chat at claude.ai, select the plus (+) beside the message box, open Connectors and check that Salesably is switched on. Claude remembers this between chats.

Then ask for what you need in plain words. The first time Claude uses a Salesably tool it asks for permission: choose Always allow so it stops asking for that tool.

The video walks through one session, start to finish:

1. Set up the studio. "Set up my studio: create 3 buyer personas for a fleet telematics vendor." Claude saves each persona to your studio, ready for reps to practise against.
2. Create an assignment. "Create a scored discovery assignment with Marcus Vance for my team, due Friday." Claude builds the scenario and the scored roleplay, then asks who should receive it before anything is sent.
3. Build a learning path. "Build a learning path for the Marcus Vance persona." The build runs in the background and comes back as a draft: a study guide, knowledge checks, practice roleplays, a final scored roleplay and a rubric.
4. Check on the team. "How is the team doing on their assignments?" Claude reports completion, overdue work and who is behind, and can send a reminder from the same chat.

Everything Claude creates lands in your studio, where you can edit it like anything else.

Open a new chat at ChatGPT.com in a computer browser, select the plus (+) beside the message box, type sales and pick Salesably. That attaches Salesably to the chat. The same connection is used by Codex wherever your ChatGPT workspace supports plugins.

When ChatGPT asks Allow ChatGPT to use Salesably?, choose Always allow at the foot of the card so it stops asking.

Custom plugins are not available in the ChatGPT mobile app, so use ChatGPT on the web.

Both assistants use the same Salesably tools, so the same requests work in either. Say what you want done, not which tool to use.

• Studio content: "Add five objections about pricing", "Write a rubric for a renewal call", "Generate FAQs from our positioning".
• Assignments: "Assign the pricing objection scenario to the SDR team, due next Friday", "Make that a scored assignment with an 80 pass mark".
• Learning paths: "Build a learning path for the CFO persona", "Add the new rubric to the onboarding path".
• Progress: "Who has not finished this week's assignments?", "Send a reminder to everyone who is overdue".
• Your own work: "What is due for me this week?", "What should I practise next?"

If you work in more than one studio, name it: "In the Acme studio, list the personas." The assistant asks which studio to use when it cannot tell.
