Learning Management
Learn how to assign practice to your team, then bundle it into structured learning paths
Creating New Assignments
Assignments are how you put a specific piece of practice in front of specific people. Instead of hoping reps practice on their own, you choose the exact scenario, decide whether it counts toward their scores, and give it a due date, so practice is targeted and trackable.
To create a new assignment:
- In the admin dashboard left sidebar under 'Team Management', click on Assignments
- At the top of the page, you'll see the 'Create New Assignment' form
- For Type, choose the kind of practice you want to assign:
- Discovery: Practice uncovering needs with strong questions
- Messaging / Pitch: Practice delivering a clear value proposition
- Outbound & Inbound: Practice opening cold or warm conversations
- Objections: Practice handling pushback and finding the real concern behind it
- Play: Practice running a multi-step sales motion end to end
- Management Practice: Practice a coaching or performance conversation, where the bot plays the salesperson (or colleague) and the assignee is the manager (available when the Management module is enabled)
- For Mode, decide how the practice should count:
- Practice: Skill-building without a score, lower pressure for newer reps
- Scored: A graded attempt for performance evaluation and reporting
- Configure the specific parameters for your selected assignment type
- Click the 'Create' button to finalize your assignment
Note: Each type has its own configuration options because each rehearses a different skill, but the create-then-assign workflow is the same throughout.
Managing Existing Assignments
Keep track of all assignments you've created and monitor their usage.
To view and manage existing assignments:
- In the admin dashboard left sidebar under 'Team Management', click on Assignments
- Scroll down to the 'All Existing Assignments' section
- Assignments are organized by type (Discovery, Messaging / Pitch, Objections, and so on)
- For each assignment, you can see:
- The assignment name
- The associated persona
- The buyer attitude
- The assignment type
- The creation date
- Click on any assignment to view detailed information
Assigning Practice to Team Members
Creating an assignment defines the practice; assigning it is what puts it on someone's plate with a deadline. The same assignment can go to a single rep or a whole team, so you can roll out consistent practice across the group instead of setting it up person by person.
To assign practice to team members:
- In the admin dashboard left sidebar under 'Team Management', click on Assignments
- Find the assignment you want in the 'All Existing Assignments' section
- Click it to open its details
- Scroll down to the 'Assign to Users' section
- Check the boxes next to the people who should complete it
- Set a due date, which drives their queue and the overdue reporting you see later
- Click 'Assign to Users' to send it out
Creating Learning Paths
Learning paths allow you to create structured training programs that combine multiple assignments and resources.
To create a new learning path:
- In the admin dashboard left sidebar under 'Team Management', click on Learning Paths

- Enter a section name
- Add a description (optional)
